What Is It?
AWSM Body is a 45 strength session where I will guide you and two others through total body conditioning. This small group strength format gives you the benefits of having individualized attention, the extra push, and modification when necessary. Every AWSM session is created based on the attendees, but there will always be timed intervals so you can be challenged at any level for a total body workout. Unlike traditional group classes, we will spend time getting to know your fitness level.
